Meet the Team
Vicki Hawkins — Certified NRA Instructor
Our Founder
With more than thirty years in the medical field and over a decade as a professional educator, Vicki brings a unique blend of compassion, clarity, and real‑world experience to every class. A lifelong recreational shooter and hunter, she recognized a major gap in the firearms training world: a place where the non‑operator—everyday people with everyday lives—could learn the fundamentals in a comfortable, supportive environment. Her mission is simple: help students build the confidence and skills they need to protect themselves and their families.
Robert Hawkins — Certified NRA Instructor
New Mexico CCW Instructor #1032

With more than thirty‑five years of teaching civilians and officers alike, he has developed a reputation for clear instruction, practical guidance, and a calm, professional presence on the range. As a competitive shooter for over three decades, Robert blends technical precision with real‑world application to help students grow quickly and safely.
